First of the shading on this piece is really attractive to the eye. the whites of the cloth makes it look much less muted.
The hair could be slightly more shiny, as black hair is usually much more shiny then say, brown or blonde.

The leaves are really nice as well. the way they fade as they get further away is a really nice touch. it creates a unique sense of motion and makes the character look more powerful.

The anatomy Is very nice as well.
The clothing can use a bit more folds in it, epeshally if its ribbon- like.

overall, i give this piece 7/10
